Procedure for Electronic Tenders

We are delighted to inform you that in order to support and develop the procurement process, we have launched the Electronic Trading Platform of Kalashnikov Group (ETP), aimed to provide a unified approach to the product selection and interaction with suppliers.

When using Kalashnikov Group's ETP, you get the following:

Attractive offers for sales to the Kalashnikov Group generated by combining the needs of all production sites into large lots;
Access to the needs and procurement of all production sites of Kalashnikov Group;
A unified approach to evaluation and unified requirements for Kalashnikov Group procurements;
Transparent procurement process;
Positive experience exchange and supply chain development.
In order to participate in the electronic procurement procedure, potential suppliers need to read the Instructions and follow through with the registration and accreditation procedure.

Please note that the period of reviewing documents at the accreditation stage is 10 days.

After the accreditation is complete, partners can use their personal area to participate in the procurement procedures conducted by the enterprises of Kalashnikov Group.

We invite all interested companies to go through a simple self-registration procedure in SRM. We hope you find our system convenient and easy to use. We plan to keep improving the SRM system and expand its functionality.

When receiving a password and/or login from the administrator, please use the copy (ctrl+c) and paste (ctrl+v) hotkeys to enter them in the authorization window.

Please note that after entering your login and temporary password, you will have to set up a permanent password. To do this, enter the temporary password in the Current Password field. Please create your permanent password and enter it in the New Password and Repeat Password fields. It must consist of 8 or more Latin letters (at least 1 capital letter), digits, and a special character.

What do i do if i entered incorrect login/password three times and my account was blocked?

How do i receive an invitation to participate in a procurement procedure?

You will receive a notification (invitation) titled "Kalashnikov Group ETP. Procurement procedure №31..." at the email address specified during registration. Please note that it is important to abide by the bid submission deadline. It is not possible to submit bids after this date.

We recommend you to register two or more contact persons in your personal area. This way, the invitation to participate in procurement procedures will be sent to several email addresses.

Where can i see tenders currently taking place?

How do i find a procurement procedure in the list?

I get an error that reads: "The query "All" is already opened in another mode" or "unable to process the form, as it is blocked".

Why can't the buyer see my bid for the procurement procedure?

What price should i specify for the items when creating an offer?

The documentation under the purchasing procedure is not available. when clicking on the cooperation tender link, an empty page opens.

I'm not receiving invitations to participate in procurement procedures.

If your organization has been invited as a participant, you will receive a notification email about the relevant procurement procedure. The notification will be sent to the contact person's email address indicated in the supplier's personal area.

You can check the contact person's email address in the Company > Own Data section. To change the notification delivery address, enter a new one and click Save.

If you are not receiving invitations to procurement procedures at the specified address, you should check the unwanted email folder, as well as the filtering settings for the mail service of your organization.

We recommend that you register two or more contact persons in the personal area. This way, invitations to procurement procedures will be sent at several email addresses.
