Purchase procedure of combat small arms for the CSTO member states and the Republic of Uzbekistan

The authorized organizations having right in accordance with the national legislation to file requests to the authorized bodies of the CSTO member states and the Republic of Uzbekistan for the acquisition of Russian military products within the interstate agreements on military and technical cooperation may purchase products manufactured by Kalashnikov Concern JSC at the prices applicable to orders in the interests of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, provided that the products supplied are used in the interests of the national armed forces, other troops, military formations, law enforcement and special agencies. For these purposes, the authorized organizations, in accordance with the procedure established by the national legislation, shall file requests to the authorized bodies for the formation and submission to the FSMTC of Russia of lists of military products to be supplied within the interstate agreements on military and technical cooperation.

To clarify the wording and names of the products in the requests, please send a letter to that effect to Kalashnikov Concern JSC.

In the case of acquisition of MILITARY PRODUCTS for reexport to third countries, the authorized organizations of the CSTO member states and the Republic of Uzbekistan must apply to Rosoboronexport JSC.
