By agreement with the customer, both small, quickly erected modular canteens and large catering complexes for 100-300 people with a wide selection of shops (hot shop, meat and fish shop, cold rooms, warehouses and mess halls) can be produced and equipped.
Fields of application
Modular full-cycle canteens, food distribution stations, commissaries, buffets, kitchens, bakeries and cafes solve the problem of catering to employees and shift workers at remote sites.
Design features
- The module can have two doors: one in the end wall and one in the side wall.
- The interior is lined with stainless steel, which allows for treating the module with liquid disinfectants.
- The furniture is selected in accordance with the overall dimensions, based on the space limitations of the containerized housing unit.
