Description

Mass production of automotive compressors started at Izhevsk Mechanical Plant JSC in 1994.

Compressors are designed for braking systems of vehicles (with KAMAZ and YaMZ engines as a compressed air source).

The key partner of Izhevsk Mechanical Plant JSC in delivery of compressors is KAMAZ PJSC.

At the moment, three main modifications of compressors are in production at Izhevsk Mechanical Plant JSC:

53205-3509015 compressor: single-cylinder, piston, with one outlet in the cylinder head. Gear drive. Oil is fed through a channel in the mating flange. Developed by KAMAZ PJSC Research and Development Center for vehicles with KAMAZ engines.

53205-3509015-20 compressor: single-cylinder, piston. Equipped with an updated cylinder head with pre-cooled air delivery system. Gear drive. Oil is fed through a channel in the mating flange. Developed by KAMAZ PJSC Research and Development Center for vehicles with KAMAZ engines.

53205-3509015-01 compressor: single-cylinder, piston, with two outlets, one in the cylinder head and another in the cylinder head cover. Gear drive. Oil is fed through a channel in the rear cover. Designed by Izhevsk Mechanical Plant JSC on the basis of the 53205-3509015 compressor for vehicles with YaMZ engines."
