The AK20x rifles have improved ergonomics , such as an adjustable folding buttstock, a redesigned fire selector/safety switch, a new pistol grip, a flash suppressor, and a handguard with Picatinny rails.
The AK203, chambered in 7.62x39, combines the legendary reliability of the AK pattern with a unified scope mounting system and improved ergonomics. The AK203, based on the AK200, is chambered in 7.62x39.
The AK204, a short version of the the AK203, is chambered in 7.62x39.
The key feature of the AK20x series is the ability to mount modern sighting systems on the Picatinny rail (MIL-STD-1913) while retaining high reliability.
