One of the main differences between the new PPK-20 and the previous versions is the length-adjustable buttstock, folding to the right.
The model features an ergonomic pistol grip typical of the entire Ratnik series, as well as an ambidextrous safety switch.
The dust cover and the handguard feature a long Picatinny rail. The SMG is also equipped with a diopter rear sight.
