We show the closed-type Kalashnikov RDS-CC red-dot sight in action in this video. It is designed to provide greater aiming speed and precision when operating small arms of different types.
It works by projecting an image of a sighting mark to infinity and has ten illumination-dependent brightness adjustment levels, three infrared and seven visible.
The sight can operate for 10,000 hours on a single CR2032 battery.
It has an all-metal body, and special caps prevent dirt and water from getting into the sight's adjustment mechanisms.
The scope is outfitted with high and low brackets to securely attach it to Picatinny or Weaver rails, providing a rigid link and high recoil resistance.
