Elektrobike IZH «Pulsar» manufactured for the Department of transport and development of road and transport infrastructure of Moscow. Develops a maximum speed of up to 100 km / h with a power reserve of up to 150 km. The motorcycle is equipped with a brushless DC motor. Its power - 15 kW, when charging consumes 10 kW / h of electricity. Using Pulsar is 12 times cheaper than using motorcycles on a gasoline engine. In accordance with the UN Economic Commission for Europe Regulation No. 41, the noise level is below the maximum requirements and is less than 75 dB. Elektrobike does not harm natural resources due to the complete absence of emission of exhaust gases into the atmosphere.
