Andrey Baryshnikov was introduced as Managing Director of Concern Kalashnikov JSC on October 14. He succeeded Aleksey Tensin under whom the company significantly improvemed a number of key performance indicators.
Andrey Baryshnikov has been with the Concern for 16 years. He started his career here in 2005 as the head of marketing department, then led the sales of military products. With his participation, large contracts for the supply of small arms and high-precision weaponry were signed, and an effective system of interaction with the Concern's key subdivisions and product customers was built.
Andrey Baryshnikov is currently in charge of the tasks to ensure timely fulfillment of obligations to supply small arms and missile equipment to the Russian Ministry of Defense, as well as to further improve production processes.
