ZALA AERO to Supply Seven Drone Complexes to Latin America

ZALA AERO, part of the Kalashnikov Group, has signed a contract for the supply of seven unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV) to the Panama-based company UAV LATAM.

"ZALA AERO and UAV LATAM have signed a contract for the supply of seven UAVs manufactured by ZALA AERO in 2022-2023," the press service of UAV LATAM said. The contract also involves the promotion of UAVs and anti-drone systems developed by ZALA AERO in eight Latin American countries with UAV LATAM presence.

Under the contract, ZALA AERO will assist UAV LATAM in the construction of a UAV pilot training center. In addition, the contract includes a project to create an AI technology center for data processing and analysis

UAV LATAM is the largest UAV operator in Latin America. In particular, its UAV Peru division has been using five different ZALA AERO drones since 2017.
